Whistle-blower Hotline to Give Voice to Community Concerns About Uranium Mine Safety

Citing a chilling climate of fear and government indifference to community concerns, the Northern Saskatchewan-based Committee For Future Generations (CFFG) has established a whistle-blower hotline to give communities concerned about safety at uranium mines in the province a way to have their voices heard.

“We’ve heard firsthand from so many people in northern communities who are afraid to speak out or tired of being ignored by the very people in the provincial government who should be taking these concerns seriously,” says Max Morin, a member of the Committee For Future Generations.
