She said Cameco is withholding information and suppressing the voice of the people in the communities, referring specifically to the recent collaboration agreements with the communities of Pinehouse and English River. She told the panel the agreements were made behind closed doors with administration and without the knowledge of the members of the community. Attempts to express concerns about these agreements were ‘cruelly put down in public,’ Mihalicz said.”
