“”You have the NDP who are afraid of speaking the truth about austerity budgets, and we have Richard [Harvey] who is clearly afraid of change. And, from my perspective, it is time for honest and transparent leadership,” said Hajdu.
The audience, and the other candidates took a number of jabs at Conservative candidate Richard Harvey, and the government he represents.
Harvey told the audience he would work with First Nations to ensure education funding was adequate, and said “we are all treaty people.””
